Laravel Developer

Key Skill Set:

  • PHP, MySQL, OOPs Fundamentals.
  • Experience working on Laravel.
  • Experience working on REST APIs for Mobile Application.
  • Experience on Magneto or Woo-commerce.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understanding project from team lead or tech manager.
  • Planning module development and deliveries with team lead or tech manager.
  • Follow all defined coding standards.
  • Working on assigned tasks and delivering it to team leader within defined time line with expected quality.
  • Delivering completed modules to QA, get all issues fixed reported by QA and deliver the final module to team lead / tech manager.
  • Keeping regular commit of source code, database at all project releases.
  • Log hours on project management system regularly or share daily task reports to client if working as dedicated resource.

HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Must take care of end to end recruitment activities of the organisation.
  • Responsible for attendance and leave management
  • Must be responsible for file maintenance
  • Facilitate employee's review
  • Hands-on experience in HR and other statutory compliance.
  • Carry out the tasks specifically assigned by the CEO of the organisation
  • Candidates who handled both payroll and admin will be given preference
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must speak fluent English and Hindi (added advantage and would be given preference)
  • Good in Excel, MS Word, and email correspondence

Experience: 6 months to 3 years

QA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge in Manual Testing (Web application Mobile application).
  • Knowledge in Automation Testing (preferred Selenium, Katalon, etc) is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge and some experience in Security Testing will be preferable.
  • Experience in Performance/Load testing preferably using JMeter.
  • Excellent Oral and Written communication skills preferred.

Job Specification:

  • Sound knowledge of STLC, software testing methodologies, and procedures.
  • Sound understanding and developing/executing test cases in an application development environment.
  • Understand the requirements and get clarifications from the PMO / Client.
  • Prepare test scenarios based on the requirements.
  • Execute tests and report bugs.
  • Follow up bugs to closure.
  • Update stakeholders on test status.
  • Active participation in the client meetings.

Project Co-ordinator

Job Description:

  • Direct communication with Software Developers and Clients.
  • Follow up on proposals.
  • Coordinate and maintain status of ongoing software development projects.
  • Give support to client during projects.
  • Co-ordinate any query from clients.
  • Co-ordinate the project closure.

Required Skills:

  • Should have strong verbal and written English communication skill.
  • IT background.
  • The candidate must have project management skills and client-relationship development skills.
  • Should have high level knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet.
  • Capability to learn technology very quickly.
  • Quality in execution and delivery.
  • Ability to take responsibility quickly.

Experience: 1 year minimum experience (with IT background and with good communication skills).

  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing requirements and financials.

  • Cold calling experience will be added advantage.

Experience: 2 to 4 year of experience as Business Development Executive in IT company.

PHP Developer

Technical Skills:

  • PHP, MySQL and various open source frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, Java Script, Jquery, XHTML, CSS, Ajax, SQL
  • Good knowledge of databases (MySQL).
  • Knowledge of AWS i.e. Amazon web services.
  • Candidate must be proficient with OOPS concept and MVC frameworks.
  • Experience with any one of open source tools is preferred (Laravel, Zend, Cake).
  • Knowledge of nodejs and angularjs would be a plus.
  • Basic understanding of front end technologies, such as JAVA script, HTML5, CSS3.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities will include analysis, coding and development.
  • Responsible for timely delivery, analyze and develop new features for existing applications.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Good in communication.
  • Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
  • Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

Web Designer:

Job description:

  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap JavaScript, Jquery.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, CorelDraw, Illustrator is added advantage.
  • Knowledge of current UI designs & colors.
  • Willing to learn & implement new frameworks.
  • Creativity is must.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Good in communication.
  • Outstanding problem solving skills.

Experience: 6 months to 4 years.
